Shipping Procedures

Shipping charges apply on all web orders. uses Federal Express to ship all products to our customers. To determine approximate shipping costs, take 5% of the cost of the items you are purchasing. There is a minimum shipping charge of $5.00 and products weighing more than 20 lbs. are subject to a handling fee. If you need a firm quote on shipping costs, please contact us. Overnight shipping is available for certain products. Please call for a quote.

General Return Policy:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is obtained by calling (SCC). Any product returned to SCC without an RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer.

• Unwanted product returns may be made within 15 days of receipt (except those products deemed UNRETURNABLE by the manufacturer) with the customer paying the return shipping costs.  Most opened boxes are UNRETURNABLE. Restocking fees may apply.

•Inaccurately shipped products may be returned within 15 days with SCC paying shipping costs.

• will facilitate the return of defective products to the manufacturer within 30 days of receipt.  After 30 days, defective products fall under the manufacturer’s return guidelines.

•Credit, or product exchange, will be made after the product is returned and verified.  Shipping charges on original invoices are non-refundable, unless the item was shipped inaccurately.

will send a “Call Tag” for products being returned.  It is the customer’s responsibility to see that the item is returned to SCC within 10 days of receiving the call tag.  If the product has not been returned to within that time frame, the call tag is no longer valid and the return will not be made.  The customer will be charged for the product.

Customers who ship back product deemed UNRETURNABLE will have the product returned to them and be charged for the item(s) plus shipping.
